Back Row Studio started before it had a name. Our first client was a salon owner in the middle of a full buildout — contractors waiting on decisions, vendors blowing up the phone, equipment being delivered to a space that wasn’t finished yet. The website was just one more thing on an already impossible list.
What started as helping out turned into building the whole online presence from the ground up: the site, the booking flow, the computer systems — every piece that lets a new business actually show up and run online. That's still exactly how we work today. We handle the technical load early, before it becomes a crisis, so an owner can stay focused on the business instead of standing everything up alone.
