Real business, real result.
Not a portfolio of mockups — a working example we built, launched, and still maintain.
The Society Salon + Boutique
A salon and boutique that opened in November 2025 and needed a site that looked as good as the work coming out of the chair — plus a way to keep up with Google reviews without adding another task to closing time.

What this means for service strategy
We use these numbers to prioritize work that moves inquiries fastest:
- Mobile-first UX is non-negotiable: mobile browser traffic leads at 1,315 visits, so pages, forms, and CTAs are designed for phone users first.
- Local search visibility matters: Google drives 710 visits, which is why site structure, metadata, and Google Business Profile alignment stay central in every build.
- Reputation + conversion must work together: Direct traffic leads at 1,744 visits, so we pair clear conversion paths with Google review automation to protect trust at scale.
The problem
Reviews were piling up faster than they could be answered, and the site didn't reflect the quality of the business behind it. Every reply meant stopping mid-day to write one from scratch.
What we built
A refreshed site built around bookings and services, plus the review-automation workflow: 4–5 star reviews get answered in the salon's voice automatically, and anything 3 stars or below is held for a quick owner sign-off before it goes out.
